眼眶神经源性肿瘤的CT表现分析

CT Features of Neurogenic Tumors in Orbits

目的探讨眼眶神经源性肿瘤的CT表现,并寻找其鉴别点。资料与方法回顾性分析经病理证实的16例(17眼)眼眶神经源性肿瘤的临床和CT资料。结果视神经胶质瘤及视神经脑膜瘤CT像上均表现为视神经增粗,均见"双轨征",前者表现为轨间距增宽的"双轨征";后者则表现为轨道增宽的"双轨征"。眼眶神经鞘瘤CT表现为球后长轴与眼球前后轴平行的类圆形软组织结节。眼眶神经纤维瘤CT表现形式多样。本研究中各类肿瘤患者在发病年龄上差异有统计学意义(χ2=14.050,P=0.003)。结论 CT在诊断眼眶神经源性肿瘤方面有一定的特异性。

Objective To investigate CT features of orbital neurogenic tumors.Materials and Methods CT findings and clinical data of 17 orbital neurogenic tumors in16 patients were analyzed retrospectively.Results CT features of optic glioma and optic nerve sheath meningioma included enlargement of the optic nerve and double track sign,the former showed the the track space widened,and the later showed the track widened.Neurilemoma showed a round like soft tissue mass with its axis parallel to the axis of the eyeball.CT features of orbital neurofibromas were various forms.And there were significant difference of morbidity age in all those tumors.Conclusion CT is helpful to diagnosis neurogenic tumors.
