阐述以氟硅酸为原料生产无水氟化氢新工艺方法、技术特点及现有工业化装置运行状况。该工艺对磷化工企业副产品的再利用,企业节能减排及环境保护有重要意义。
Elaborate the new process,the technical characteristics and the operating conditions in the existing industrialized plants for the production of anhydrous hydrogen fluoride from fluorosilicic acid,which is important to promote the by-products reuse,the energy conservation,the pollution reduction and the environment protection for the phoschemical industrial enterprises.
