摘要 对H13钢电渣锭以锻造和轧制两种成形工艺制成圆棒,研究了成形工艺对材料组织和力学性能特别是对碳化物数量和分布的影响。结果表明,与轧制的圆棒相比,锻造的H13钢圆棒组织较为均匀,碳化物偏聚程度较轻,力学性能的方向性差异较小。 Forged or rolled round bars were made from ERS ingot of H13 steel. Microstructures and mechanical properties of the forged and rolled bars, particularly amount and distribution of carbides, were investigated. The results show that the microstructure of the forged bar is more uniform with less carbide segregation, than that of the rolled bar, the orientation difference in mechanical properties of the forged bar is also less than that of the rolled bar.
