摘要 研究了42CrMo钢工件的基体硬度、化学成分及其偏析和渗氮工艺对渗氮层表面硬度和深度的影响。结果表明,42CrMo钢工件的渗氮温度以530℃为宜,提高基体硬度,控制原材料中影响渗氮质量的合金元素含量,均有利于提高42CrMo钢工件渗氮层的表面硬度,获得较为合理的白亮层和扩散层。 Effect of matrix hardness, chemical composition, composition segregation and nitriding process on surface hardness and depth of nitrided case of 42CrMo steel was investigated. The results show that a suitable nitriding temperature of 42CrMo steel parts is 530 ℃, and both the increase in matrix hardness and the control of alloying elements exerting an influence on the nitriding quality are advantageous to the increase in surface hardness and the production of desirable white and diffusive layers.
