摘要 目的探讨检测同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)及超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)在冠状动脉粥样硬化患者中的临床意义。方法采用透射免疫比浊法,分别检测106例冠状动脉粥样硬化组(CAS)和100名冠状动脉正常组(CAN)的Hcy和hs-CRP水平。结果冠状动脉粥样硬化患者的Hcy和hs-CRP含量显著高于冠状动脉正常人(P<0.01)。高Hcy和hs-CRP与高血脂、高血压、糖尿病、吸烟等动脉粥样硬化危险因素相比,相对危险度的OR值分别为5.75、4.33、3.43、2.40、2.38、2.29。结论 Hcy和hs-CRP是冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病的独立危险因素;高Hcy和高hs-CRP血症与高血压、高血脂、糖尿病、吸烟等动脉粥样硬化危险因素相比,危险性更高。 Objective To investigate the clinical significances of the homocysteine (Hey) and high sensitive C-reactive protein (hs-CRP) in patients with coronary atherosclerosis. Methods Hey and hs-CRP levels in the group of 106 cases with atherosclerosis (CAS) and the group of 100 cases with normal coronary artery(CAN) were respectively detected by the transmission immunoturbidimetric assay. Results The levels of Hcy and hs-CRP in patients of coronary atherosclerosis were significantly higher than that in normal coronary artery ( P 〈 0.01 ). Comparing High Hcyand and hs-CRP with high blood lipids, hypertension, diabetes and smoking which were the risk factors for atherosclerosis, their OR values of relative risk respectively were 5.75,4.33,3.43,2.40,2.38,2.29. Conclusion Hcy and hs-CRP were the independent risk factors in coronary heart disease;comparing high Hcy and high hs-CRP hyperlipidemia with hypertension, hyperlipidemia, diabetes, smoking that were the risk factors for atherosclerosis, the formers have the higher risk.
