瞳孔圈形剪除在严重小瞳孔白内障手术中的应用

目的探讨瞳孔缘虹膜圈形剪除法在严重粘连小瞳孔白内障超声乳化手术中的应用。方法对41例46眼粘连性小瞳孔白内障患者,术中分别采用瞳孔缘虹膜圈形剪除和瞳孔缘虹膜多点放射状剪开的方法处理小瞳孔,对这两种小瞳孔处理方法的实用性进行比较。结果两组患者术中术后均未出现严重并发症,术中采用瞳孔缘虹膜圈形剪除法处理小瞳孔使得手术更安全快捷,较瞳孔缘虹膜多点放射状剪开的方法明显缩短了手术时间(P<0.05)。结论采用瞳孔缘虹膜圈形剪除法处理小瞳孔,可有效地在术中维持瞳孔的大小与形态,从而更快更顺利地完成手术。

Objective To explore the practical value of continuous pupillary collar cutting of phacoemulsification in microcoria cataract, Methods 41 cases with 46 eyes of microcoria cataract were performed by continuous collar cutting, or cutting the pupillayr edges radically with scissors. The practicability of two treatment methods of small pupil were compared. Results There were no severe complications to be found in these two groups. It makes operation more secure and fast to use continuous pupillary collar cutting in surgery. The comparison of operation time of two groups showed significant difference. Conclusion Using continuous pupillary collar cutting in surgery can maintain pupil dilated and pupil shape effectively. It makes surgery faster and successfully.
