摘要 YBCO(YBa2Cu3O7-δ)是一种新型的超导材料,在过去几十年里被广泛研究。本文概述了YBCO的研究意义,并在国内外研究文献的基础上论述了YBCO的结构、总结了YBCO带材的多种制备方法及各自优缺点。其中详细介绍了脉冲激光沉积法、溅射法、金属有机化学气相沉积法、溶胶-凝胶法和三氟乙酸盐金属有机物沉积法。 YBCO(YBa2Cu3O7-δ) was studied extensively in the past several decades as a novel superconductivity material.The structure and a variety of preparation methods as well as their advantages and disadvantages based on the literature at home and abroad were introduced,especially pulsed laser deposition,sputtering,metal organic chemical vapor deposition,sol-gel and trif-luoroacetate-based metal organic deposition in details.
