摘要
研究改性类水滑石为催化剂、辛醇为起始剂的窄分布聚醚的合成,考察催化剂本身结构、反应条件对其性能的影响,并对合成产品性能进行测试。结果表明,经煅烧后具有尖晶石相复合Co金属离子的三元离子水滑石(HD2)在本反应中表现出高活性,最佳实验条件为:进料速率3.2 g/5min,温度160℃,压强0.4 MPa。
The polyether with narrow-molecular-distribution was synthesized with using modified hydrotalcite as the catalyst and octanol as the starting agent.The influence of catalyst structure and the reaction conditions on the performance were investigated,and the quality of achieved polyether was estimated.The calcined hydrotalcite(HD2) complexed Co ion with spinel compound showed high activity,and the optimum conditions suggested were 3.2 g/5min of feed rate,160 ℃,and 0.4 MPa.
