The intumescent fire retardant coating,one of the main types of fire-resistant coating,had a low smoke,low toxicity,and non-halogenated features.When heated,its volume was expanded,and a kind of carbon layers with the smaller thermal conductivity was generated in the paint to make the heat spread slowly to the substrate.The intumescent fireproof pain,one of the promising non-halogenated flame retardants,was highly effective flame retardant to gain valuable outfire time.In recent years,it was widely used for structural fire protection.
