摘要
通过对煤沥青水浆干法制备的磨矿工艺试验研究,确定了中温煤沥青干磨制浆的最佳磨矿条件,并提出了煤沥青干磨磨矿动力学方程:R(t)=100exp[-(-0.11268+0.00132.d1.09279).t(1.85974-0.26352.lnd)],据此可以求出干法制备磨矿过程中任意时刻待磨粒级的分布率。
The dry grinding process of the CTPWS preparation was studied,the best dry grinding conditions of the medium temperature coal-tar pitch water slurry preparation were determined,and the dry grinding kinetics of coal-tar pitch: R(t)=100exp[-(-0.11268+0.00132·d1.09279)·t(1.85974-0.26352·lnd)] was put forward,accordingly,the distribution rate of any size range particles to be grinded at any time in the dry preparation of grinding process can be got.
