自硝酸装置"四合一"机组开车以来,通过对机组运行情况深入调查并总结归纳历次停车的仪表故障原因,本文系统地提出了存在的隐患和解决方案,并利用检修时间,采取了一系列措施,对机组存在的一些致命缺陷,进行了彻底的改造,解决了安全生产隐患。

Since the ＂quaternary combined compressor＂ in nitric acid installation run,through the compressor working conditions were further investigated,the all previous stop production reasons caused by the instrument malfunction were summarized.The existing hidden dangers and solutions were systematically presented.Some of the fatal defect existing the compressor thorough was transformed by a series of measures during repair time,and the hidden danger of production safety were solved.
