球罐是化工企业中常用的一种大型储存容器,通过对我市某企业两台2 000 m3压缩天然气球罐的首次全面检验,简要介绍了球罐定期检验的典型检验方案,强调了对球罐定期检验过程中易忽略的立柱角焊缝及工卡具焊迹等部位的检验重点,列举了球罐检验过程中发现的典型缺陷,从制造、检验及日常维护等方面对以球罐为代表的化工企业常用特种设备易发缺陷的防治给出了建议。

Spherical tanks were commonly used in the chemical industry as large storage containers.The first time comprehensive inspection of two 2000 m3 CNG spherical tanks in Huainan was presented.A typical inspection program of spherical tanks＇ periodic inspection was introduced briefly.Some important parts of spherical tanks＇ periodic inspection were emphasized.Some typical defects were listed and some suggestions were proposed from manufacture,inspection and routine maintenance to protect defects of special equipments.
