京沪高速铁路是当今世界上建设标准最高、系统技术最全、运行速度最快、一次建成通车里程最长的高速铁路。做为京沪高速铁路的重要组成部分———济南西站及相关工程,在建设过程中,面对标准高、技术新、安全风险大等难题,科学管理,创新管理,建立健全了一系列安全管理制度,坚持预想预控,把住源头关口;推行标准化管理,夯实安全基础;坚持重点盯控,实行分级管理;严格考核奖惩,强化责任落实;并尝试以建设、监理一体化的运作模式,监督检查、帮促指导,保证了管理措施落实到位,实现了项目建设的安全持续稳定。

Beijing-Shanghai high-speed railway features the world＇s highest construction standards,the most comprehensive system technology,the fastest,the longest mileage open to traffic and one-stage completion.As an important sector of Beijing-Shanghai high-speed railway,Ji＇nan railway station and related engineering projects in the construction process in the face of high standards,new technology,security risks and other problems,performed scientific management,innovation management,established and improved a series of security management system,adhered to the pre-control of the sources of things;carried out standardized management to consolidate security infrastructure;insisted on focusing control to carry out multi-level management;strictly performed reward and punishment evaluation to strengthen the responsibility system;explored the integrated construction and supervision model to supervise and inspect and to promote guidance functions,thus ensured the management measures to be implemented and to realize the safe,sustained stable project construction.
