摘要
京沪高速铁路济南西站轨道层梁、柱均为钢结构,其构件截面大,焊缝集中,又多为厚板焊接,施工时正值冬季,为保证低温条件下焊接质量,减少焊接变形,降低应力集中,针对工程实际做好焊接工艺评价,从整体焊接方案、焊接分区,到具体焊接工艺,制订了一系列指导方案。施工过程中参建三方分别委托了有资质的不同检测单位进行第三方检测,Ⅰ级焊缝合格率达到了100%,取得了很好的工程效果。介绍焊接质量控制的关键环节。
Both beams and pillars of rail floor of Ji'nan west railway-station on Beijing-Shanghai high-speed railway are steel structures and their constructional elements mostly are thick plates with large section and concentrated welding joints.The project was constructed in witer.A series of guidance solutions were worked out from whole welding option,welding partition to specific welding techniques in order to ensure welding quality under cold condition,to decrease welding deformations and reduce stress concentration.As proved by practice,the welding quality was excellent.This article introduces the key procedures of welding quality control for similar welding projects' reference.
