摘要
为确定渐进螺旋掏槽炮孔间距,通过破碎半径、膨胀余量、破碎类型和最优抵抗线4种不同的首爆装药孔与空孔距离计算方法的分析比较,得出合理的首爆装药孔与空孔的距离,进而采用后续装药孔的最优抵抗线原理,结合图形分析的方法来确定后续装药孔的合理抵抗线及与空孔的间距,从而实现渐进螺旋掏槽炮孔间距的理论计算,同时得到装药孔的数目的和位置图。
The study aims to confirm blast hole spacing for progressive spiral cut. Through the analysis of different calculation method of distance between the first blast hole and empty hole, which are broken radius, expansion space, breakage types and the optimal resistance line, the reasonable distance between the first blast hole and empty hole was obtained, then adopted the optimal burden theory of subsequent charging hole and combined with graphics analysis method to reach the reasonable burden and the spacing between the subsequent charging hole and the empty hole,thus realize the theoretic calculation of blast hole spacing in the progressive spiral cut. Meanwhile we get the number and locations of charging holes.
