摘要
为研究复合壳体结构水下爆炸的损伤特性,分析了水中接触爆炸与非接触爆炸对目标的毁伤机理,同时进行了量纲分析;以钢板分别与铝板、铜板、橡胶板等的复合结构为研究目标,利用大型有限元软件LS—DYNA对该复合结构水中接触爆炸进行数值模拟,得出了其应力场分布与位移变形值;最后对该复合壳体结构水中接触爆炸进行了试验研究。研究结果表明水下船舶结构设计采用复合壳体将大幅提高其抗爆性能。
In order to study the damage capabilities of multiple hulls structure under underwater explosion, the damage mechanism of contact explosion and non-contact explosion on target was analyzed and at the same time analyzing the dimensional analysis. Taking the armor plate with aluminum plate, copper plate, rubber plate respectively as target,the numerical simulation was done to underwater contact explosion on this multiple hulls structure by LS-- DYNA, and got its stress distribution and displacement. At last, the test research on damage capabilities of multiple hulls structure under underwater explosion was taken. The result shows that the capabilities of resisting explosion will improve greatly when under ships use multiple hulls structure.
