摘要
提出了一种新的控制爆破技术——卸压隔振爆破技术。利用岩石声波探测技术对常规耦合装药爆破、光面爆破和卸压隔振爆破等3种不同装药结构的深孔台阶爆破进行现场试验。通过爆破前后声波测试探测炮孔损伤程度,研究不同的装药结构对爆破累积损伤效应的影响。试验证明卸压隔振爆破技术在特定的工程爆破环境下具有一定的优越性。
This paper proposes a new technique of controlling blasting named pressure-relieved and vibration-in- sulated blasting. The rock acoustic detection technology was used to test of deep-hole blasting methods under three different charge structures such as conventional blasting of coupling charging, smooth blasting and pressure-relieved and vibration-insulated blasting on site. The degree of damage of hole walls was detected through sonic before and after the blasting, then studied the effect on cumulative damage of blasting under different structures of charging. The test improves that pressure-relieved and vibration-insulated blasting technique has certain advantages in particular circumstances.
