摘要
水利工程项目的综合经济评价是一个复杂的不确定性问题.为克服基于专家经验或偏好的传统水利工程项目综合经济评价方法的缺陷,该文应用集对分析理论和信息熵理论,探讨了可挖掘评价指标固有信息的水利工程项目集对分析综合经济评价模型,即基于待选水利工程方案与理想方案的集对同一度计算贴近度,结合反映指标内在重要程度的信息熵权,综合评价待选水利工程项目方案.实例应用及对比结果表明,该模型应用于水利工程项目综合经济评价是可行的,且取得较好效果,提高了水利工程项目综合经济评价的可靠性和科学性.
Comprehensive economic evaluation of water conservancy project is a complex problem of uncertainty.To overcome the the defect of traditional comprehensive economic evaluation of water conservancy project based on expert experience or preference,set pair analysis theory and information entropy theory are applied in this paper.Water conservancy project set of comprehensiveeconomic evaluation model of the inherent information to be tapped is discussed.It is based on the set of the selected water program and the ideal program to calculate the closeness,The selected water conservancy project is comprehensivly evaluated and combined with targets which reflect the intrinsic importance of the information entropy.The application example and the comparison between results show that this model applied to comprehensive economic evaluation of water conservancy project is feasible and achieves good effects.It improves the reliability and science of the comprehensive economic evaluation of water conservancy project and programs.
