摘要
目的研究南昌大学医学专业与非医学专业学生的生活质量现况及区别,为有针对性地制定提高学生的生活质量的干预措施提供科学依据。方法采用整群抽样的方法,对南昌大学2006级学生2 567人(其中医学生1 555人,非医学生1 012人)进行问卷调查(采用WHOQOL-100量表的中文版)。结果医学生与非医学生总的生活质量及健康状况得分分别为13.63±2.56和13.83±2.74,两者比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);在生理领域、心理领域、社会关系领域中医学生与非医学生的得分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。在独立性领域、环境领域、精神支柱/宗教/个人信仰领域中,医学生得分分别为12.67±1.38、12.10±1.58和13.16±2.99,非医学生的得分分别为12.47±1.65、12.51±1.57和13.81±3.01,两者比较差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05或P<0.01)。在附加的3个问题中,医学生与非医学生的得分差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.01)。结论医学生与非医学生的生活质量有差异,且均待进一步提高,应针对薄弱环节,采取针对性措施改善大学生的生活质量。
Objective To investigate and compare the quality of life of medical and non-medical students in Nanchang university,and to provide a scientific basis for formulating interventions to improve their life quality.Methods With cluster sampling method,the questionnaire surveys(WHOQOL-100) were conducted to investigate the quality of life in 2 567 students(2006 grade;1 555 medical students and 1 012 non-medical students).Results The overall scores of life quality and health state were 13.63±2.56 and 13.83±2.74 in medical students and non-medical students,respectively(P0.05).No significant differences in physiological domain scores,social relation domain scores and psychological domain scores were observed between medical students and non-medical students(P0.05).There were obvious differences in independence domain scores,environment domain scores and spirit domain scores between medical students and non-medical students(12.67±1.38,12.10±1.58 and 13.16±2.99 vs 12.47±1.65,12.51±1.57 and 13.81±3.01,respectively;P0.05 or P0.01).Furthermore,the scores of additional 3 questions in medical students were significantly different from those in non-medical students(P0.01).Conclusion The life quality of college students in Nanchang university needs to be further improved,and there were differences in life quality between medical students and non-medical students.Specific measures should be taken to improve the life quality of college students.
