Study on the Synthesis and Antibacterial Activities of 2-(1-((2-Aminophenyl) Imino) Ethyl)-5-Methoxyphenol and its Complexes

采用液相合成出2-(1-((2-胺基苯基)亚胺基)乙基)-5-甲氧基苯酚,通过IR,H1-NMR表征其结构,进一步合成其5种金属配合物(M=Cu2+,Mn2+,Ni2+,Zn2+,CO2+),大肠杆菌的生物活性实验表明:配体与锰形成的配合物对大肠杆菌的抑菌活性比配体强.

2 - （ 1 - （ （ 2 - aminophenyl ） imino ） ethyl ） - 5 - methoxyphenol was synthesized in absolute ethanol and its stnlcture was characterized by IR and H1 - NMR. It was followed by synthesizing its complexes with the metals （M = Cu^2＋, Mn^2＋ , Ni^2＋ ,Zn^2＋,Co^2＋ ）. Based on the investigation of the antibacterial activities of the compound and its complexes, it was proved that the complexes of Mn^2＋ displayed stronger antibacterial activity to Escherichia coli than the compound.
