柴油-甲醇-水复合燃料在柴油机上的应用研究 被引量:2

摘要 在YC6A220C柴油机上分别试验柴油-甲醇-水试验液、柴油-甲醇试验液和纯柴油,比较这3种试验液的能量利用和污染物排放,总结柴油掺烧甲醇和甲醇-水的节能环保机理.试验结果表明:柴油掺烧甲醇和甲醇-水的节油率均达到6%-14%,碳烟排放减少.柴油掺烧甲醇-水能减少NO排放,而掺烧甲醇会导致NO排放量增加,两者的HC和CO排量都略有增加. Three fuel materials,diesel-methanol-water mixture,diesel-methanol mixture and pure diesel,were tested in a YC6A220C diesel engine respectively.By recording their energy consumption and emission data of these experimental fuels,an energy-saving mechanism was summarized on diesel mixed with methanol or methanol-water.The results showed that the rate of economizing diesel,with both diesel-methanol mixture and diesel-methanol-water mixture,reached 6%-14%,their emission of soot reduced,but their HC and CO emissions increased slightly.The results also indicated that the diesel with methanol-water mixture decreased NO emission while the diesel mixed with methanol led to NO emission increase.
