摘要
以改善车架振动为车架设计的目标,利用ProE和HyperMesh软件建立整车三维有限元模型,使用AN-SYS软件对整车进行模态和谐响应分析.对比仿真与实验结果,验证了有限元模型的正确性.分析谐响应结果得到共振频率,对相应模态进行分析并找出引起振动的原因,以此为依据进行车架优化.对比分析改进前后的谐响应结果,节能车车架振动得到明显改善,有利于提高乘车舒适性.
With the intention of decreasing vibration for an eco-car frame design,a finite element model is built by using ProE and HyperMesh.Modal analysis and harmonic response for the frame are carried out by means of ANSYS.By comparing the simulation results with the experiment data,the correctness of the model is proved.Resonant frequency is obtained through analyzing amplitude-frequency curves,the causes of vibration are found by studying the corresponding modals,and the frame is optimized.New calculated results of harmonic analysis prove that the vibration of the frame is improved in driving comfort.
