技术进步路径演变与技术创新动力机制研究

Study on the Mechanism of the Evolution Path of Technological Progress and Technological Innovation——Testing Based on Chinese Data

伴随经济总量快速增长,中国经济发展进入了新的发展阶段,发展方式转变逐渐成为未来发展的重要主线,而技术进步与创新是实现发展方式转变的重要支撑。围绕技术创新能力,本文深入研究我国经济增长中技术进步路径演变与技术创新动力机制问题。研究结果显示:技术能力、技术知识积累、市场化程度、经济基础条件等因素对技术进步路径演变影响较强,技术进步路径存在一定依赖性,但不显著;不同技术进步方式对技术创新的影响存在较大差异,与技术引进相比,自主研发对技术创新能力影响程度最大、显著性水平最高;技术创新的经济增长效应显著影响,尤其是核心创新能力对经济增长影响更加显著。为此,应不断优化技术进步路径,提高技术知识的累积效应,加快技术进步转型,凸显技术创新功能,发挥自主创新作用,提升中国经济增长质量。

With the rapid growth of the economy,China has entered a new stage,the development pattern has gradually become an important main line of future development,and technological innovation is an important factor for development pattern.Focus on technological innovation,the paper analyzes the relationship of technological progress path,innovation and economic growth in China.The results showed that technical skills,technical knowledge accumulation,market-oriented and the economic base condition have significant effect on the technological progress;the impact of technological progress on technological innovation is quite different;the technological innovation is an important factor in achieving economic growth.Therefore,we should optimize the technological progress path,highlight the role of the technical innovation,to meet the need of the transformation of China＇s economic.
