摘要
信息反馈网络可视为高校开展学生管理服务工作的重要先决条件之一。明确信息反馈网络建立与健全的必要性,树立"以人为本"、"学生至上"的服务理念,理清信息反馈网络的构成要素,并通过加强制度建设、改进工作方式、发挥师生作用等途径加以构建,以求达到提高学生管理工作水平和质量的目的,以便更好地为学生提供优质的服务。
The information feedback network is an important prerequisite in student supervisory work of higher universities.The necessity of the establishment and perfection of the information feedback network should be cleared and the service idea of "humanist the first" and "the student is priority" should be set up.In order to raise the work level and the quality of student supervisory work and provide high quality service for the students,the information feedback network should be constructed by learning clearly the constitution of it,strengthening the regulation system construction,improvement of working and elaborating the roles of teachers and students,etc.
