一种用PLC控制线切割机床电气部分的方法

PLC-Based Method for Controlling WEDM Electrical Module

为提高线切割机床的性能及自动化程度,提出一种用可编程控制器(PLC)控制线切割机床电气部分的方法,对机床电气部分的进行了硬件和软件改造。经试运行证明,改造后设备的自动化程度和可靠性都有所提高。

A method based on programmable logic controller （PLC） is presented for controlling the electrical module of wire electric discharge machine （WEDM）. The software and hardware of the WEDM electrical module are reformed. The test running results show that the reformed machine is of higher level of automaticity and reliability.
