汶川地震灾后重建志愿者面临问题及对策的研究

The Problems and Countermeasures faced by Volunteers in Wenchuan Post-Quake Reconstruction

随着人类生活环境的恶化和社会的发展,在自然灾害频发的同时也催生出灾后重建志愿者活动的热潮。通过对汶川地震灾区志愿者进行问卷调查和个案访谈,分析志愿者在灾区志愿活动中面临的各种困难,并从政府、社会和志愿者自身素质等诸多方面对困难产生的原因进行探讨,并提出了解决方案和对策。

With the development of the society and the worsening of the riving environment, the establishing and maitaining volunteer teams is of essential significance. In this paper, the problems existing in the volunteer activities in Wenchuan post-quake reconstruction are studied by questionnaire survey. The psychological and objective causes underlying these problems are analyzed and some suggestions and countermeasures to solve these problems are proposed as the reference that the government makes relevant laws and regulations.
