摘要
高职生的成功素质测评既是对其成功素质拓展过程的记录,也是对成功素质教育的阶段性评价。如何建立一种为学生接受,容易操作,又能在测评中提升学生成功素质的测评体系,是高职院校一直努力探索的重要课题。从全新的角度引导高职院校对学生的成功素质测评进行全面思考,并引导学生正确看待测评,真正将测评变成激励,促使学生不断努力,积极提升自我成功素质的有效途径。
The success quality assessment is both a record of success quality expansion process and an evaluation of success quality education. It is a significant topic how to form an efficient and easy-to- operate assessment system of success quality. This paper considers the success quality assessment for polytechnic college students from a brand-new angle of view: guiding students to rightly understand, voluntarily accept, and actively practice the assessment.
