Study on the Merging Development of Low-carbon Economy and "Two-oriented" Social Construction

建设"两型"社会与发展低碳经济都是中国经济低碳转型中的系统工程,我们应促进他们并轨发展。通过分析它们在终极目标、内在要求、实施手段上的协同一致性,探索了符合建设"两型"社会的低碳经济发展模式,寻求了建设"两型"社会和低碳经济并轨发展的实现途径,并考究了长株潭城市群"两型"社会建设试验区蓬勃发展的低碳经济。

The construction of ＂two-oriented＂ society and the development oi iow-carbon economy are both included in the systematic engineering in China＇s low-carbon economic transition,we should promote their merging development. By analyzing their ultimate goals, internal demands, as well as the cooperation and consistency of implementing means, this paper probes into the low-carbon economic development patterns in accordance with the construction of ＂two-oriented＂ society,seeks for the approaches to merging the development of ＂two-oriented＂ society with low-carbon economy, and studies the thriving development of low-carbon economy in ＂two-oriented＂ social construction in Changzhutan Urban Group.
