摘要
根据中小企业在我国经济发展中的作用,针对中小企业人力资源管理中存在的的问题,结合中小企业的发展现状对中小企业人力资源管理战略和人力资源规划等方面进行了研究,从制订合理可行人力资源规划、树立以人为本的管理理念、丰富完善企业激励机制、建立企业内部培训制度、建立先进企业文化五个方面提出建议,以供相关企业借鉴。
Based on the functions of small and medium-sized enterprises in the devepment of China's econ- my,as well as the prblems of their human resources mangement,this paper has done research into the current situation of the enterprises,the srategy for human resources mangement,and the planning of human resources from the following aspects: establishment of a sound planning, people-first notion of management,motivation mechanism,internal training system, and advanced corporate clture, so as to offer reference to relevant enterprises.
