“卓越工程师教育培养计划”背景下工程专业文化精神渗透的研究

On the penetration of Engineering Cultural Spirit in the Plan for Educating and Training Outstanding Engineers

先界定了在工程教育中进行专业文化精神渗透的概念内涵,分析了国内外相关研究现状,从而探讨了在"卓越工程师教育培养计划"背景下进行工程专业文化精神渗透具有:有效提升工程人才的培养质量、弥补工程院校特别是新建本科院校教育力量不足的作用。论述了可以从借助实践性教学、校园文化建设等方面来实施工程专业文化精神渗透。

Based on the study of the concept and connotation of the penetration ot engineering cultural spirit ,as well as the current situation of research at home and abroad,this paper deals with the functions of the penetration of engineering cultural spirit in the Plan for Education and Training Outstanding Engineers, which can effectively improve the quality of engineering talents and contribute to make up for the hamanistic education in engineering institutes, especially in the newly-established ones. This paper also dicusses the ways to implement the penetration of engineeing cultural spirit by means of practice teaching and construction of campus culture.
