Quantitative Analysis on Shock Resistance Ability of Shipboard Equipment

舰用设备抗冲击性能是其技术性能的重要要素之一,正确分析舰用设备抗冲击能力也是开展系统级别抗冲击性能设计、管理、优化的前提。明确了舰用设备抗冲击能力的定义,给出了采用时域模拟法确定舰用设备抗冲击能力定量计算方法。选取某刚性安装的舰用增压锅炉为研究对象,对影响设备抗冲击能力的因素和抗冲击能力值进行了分析。旨在为今后舰船设备抗冲击性能分析提供方法和手段。

Anti-shock performance is one of the essential technical capabilities of shipboard equipment,which requirs to be precisely predicted and is the prerequisite to carrying out the design,management and optimization of shock resistance in the system level.The definition of equipment shock resistance ability was clarified in this study,and the quantitative analysis method based on time-domain simulation was presented.Taking rigid mounting supercharged boiler as an example,the contributing factors of shock resistance for the equipment were analyzed,and obtained the magnitude of shock resistance ability.The proposed method can be used to analyze the shock resistance of shipboard equipment.
