摘要
利用船舶前进时海水进水口"自流"特性,在船舶达到一定航速时关闭循环泵汽轮机,可以达到节能的目的。结合循环泵汽轮机的热力计算、配汽计算、循环泵水力特性计算的结果,建立基于AMESim软件的海水循环泵及其控制系统仿真模型,考虑船体及主机的惯性,通过稳态工况仿真与试验数据对比验证了模型的有效性,其相对误差小于3.4%。利用所建立的模型对"自流"时海水循环泵的动态过程进行仿真分析,为海水循环泵的运行操作、维修保障、试验台架建设以及控制系统升级改造提供了有价值的参考。
Utilizing automatic flow characteristics of seawater when ship is navigating ahead and achieves a certain speed,steam turbine circulating pump can be shut off for saving energy.Based on calculation results of thermodynamics,steam distribution and hydrodynamics characteristics of circulating pump,simulation model of control system for seawater circulating pump was built with AMESim software.The comparison between steady condition simulation and test data shows that the relative error is less than 3.4%,and simulation analysis of dynamic process of seawater circulating pump under automatic flow was carried out based on the model.The results could provide some valuable references for operation,maintenance support and testbed development of seawater circulating pump,and upgrading of control system.
