摘要
为充分发挥FMECA(故障模式、影响及危害性分析)的作用,使其既能为装备设计、改进提供有效的建议,又能为装备RCMA(以可靠性为中心的维修分析)、MTA(维修工作分析)提供输入信息,对传统的FMECA方法进行改进,增加维修方式的分析,利用RPN(风险优先数)方法的计算结果给出初步的补偿措施,实现对FME-CA结果的重复利用。在应用案例中量化了故障发生度和危害度的评分标准,并引入EAGLE软件作为开展FMECA工作的平台,以便工程人员操作。工程实践表明,该方法推动了FMECA技术的深入应用,为实现舰船装备RMS一体化设计奠定了基础。
The application of FMECA technique in the equipment design not only can provide useful suggestions for design works,but also input information for the RCMA and MTA analyses.To take full advantages of this technique,by incorporating the analysis of maintenance mode,the traditional FMECA method was improved.Based on the results of RPN calculation preliminary compensatory measures were derived,which made the FMECA results reusable.In the application case,the quantitative criteria of grading and severity due to failure occurence were also offered,moreover,EAGLE software was introduced to aid in the FMECA analysis of the equipment,enabling FMECA analysis to be easily operated by the engineering personnel.Engineering practices indicate that using this method can extend application of FMECA technique and provide a basis for RMS integrated design of shipboard equipment.
