摘要
基于上海郊区新城建设体制机制现状,分析新城建设体制机制存在的问题与当前遇到的发展瓶颈,重点提出上海郊区新城建设中体制机制优化和完善的总体思路和对策建议。
Base on the current situation of new town construction system and mechanism in Shanghai suburbs, this paper made an analysis of the problems existing in the new town construction system and mechanism and the bottlenecks for the current development highlighted the overall mentality and countermeasures proposal for optimizing and perfecting the new town construction system and mechanism.
