上海区县经济发展的空间关联性分析——基于空间计量的视角 被引量:3

摘要 应用空间统计学方法,通过Moran’s I和G统计量的测度,揭示全局视角下,上海整体经济发展区间关联性强,各区县间的经济发展呈现出明显的正相关性。但是局部分析结果显示:宝山、普陀两大工业区一定程度上牺牲了周边区域的资源;杨浦区与周边区域之间的经济关联性不明显。通过提出耦合集聚、核心-边缘、拮抗集聚和不相关四种经济空间影响模式,揭示上海核心区与边缘区的空间模式差异明显,二元结构依然存在。有针对性地提出四种模式下政府应该扮演的服务者、引导者、驱动者和干预者的角色与建议,以对当前的上海并区决策提供支持。 The spatial relationship among different districts of Shanghai is study in this paper. Based on spatial statistics, this paper calculated Moran's I and Getis's G of the compounded Gross Domestic Product increasing rate during the eleventh fifth year plan (2006 to 2010). From the global angle, it is proved that Shanghai's economic development is positive related spatially. Meanwhile, the local statistics revealed that Baoshan and Putuo have negative spatial relationship with the neighborhood, Yangpu District is unrelated spatially. The four mode: coupling-agglomeration, core- periphery, anti-agglomeration and non-spatial relationship are put forward. Finally, it explored that modes between the inner city and the suburban are different obviously, the rural-urban dual structure still exits; the suggestions for government playing different roles for different district's mode are given.
