摘要
本文仅用一种抗体的放射免疫分析方法同时测定柑桔粗提液中的游离和结合脱落酸(Free—ABA and Conjugate—ABA)。柑桔在抗寒锻炼和脱锻炼过程中,F-ABA和C-ABA有规律的变化与抗寒性的提高和丧失具有依存关系。
The improved radioimmunoassay for the detection of free and conjugated abscisic acids(F-ABA and C-ABA)by using only one antibody is reported in this paper. F-ABA and C-ABA of crude extracts of leaves were separated from each other by differential solvent extraction, then the total ABA of crude extracts of leaves and F-ABA in organic phase were determined with one antibody which can measure both F-ABA and C-ABA. The amount of C-ABA was calculated by differentiation.
The changes of F-ABA and C-ABA in Okitsu Wase Satsuma(Citrus unshiu Marc.)leaves were analysed. (The results showed a regularity of the two forms of ABA under three conditions reported. ) Before the appearance of the maxium cold hardiness, F-ABA and C-ABA reached the highest and lowest points respectively, and the reverse of this happened before the hardiness vanished thoroughly. All results obtained suggested that there was a close relationship between the cold hardiness and the changes of the two froms of ABA.
