民办本科高校教学过程特殊性与基本矛盾分析

Analysis of Basic Contradictions and Particularities of the Teaching Process in Civilian--run Regular Colleges

与综合性研究型大学和技术技能型高校相比较，民办本科高校在人才培养目标、教学内容选择、教学过程实施、教学对象基础以及教学评价要求等方面具有明显的特殊性。因此在教学改革过程中必须处理好以下基本矛盾：一是教学目标要求的理论基础之“厚”与“实”；二是教学内容选择的价值取向之“科学分解”与“社会需求”；三是教学途径选择的课堂之“内”与“外”；四是教学方法原则要求之“训练”与“教育”；五是教学评价落脚之“当下”与“长远”。

Compared with comprehensive research--type universities and technology--type colleges, civilian--run regular colleges have their own particular characteristics in such aspects as talents training objective, selection of teaching contents, enforcement of teaching processes, basic knowledge of teaching objectives as well as the requirements for teaching evaluation. Therefore, it is necessary to deal with the basic contradictions during the course of teaching reform： first, the contradiction between the thickness and solidity of theoretical foundation of the requirements for teaching aims; second, the contradiction between scientific subdivisions and social needs of the value inclination to the selection of teaching contents; third, the contradiction between in and out of the classroom in the selection of teaching approaches; fourth, the contradiction between training and education of the teaching methods; fifth, the contradiction between the present and the future of the teaching evaluation.
