鄱阳湖生态经济区建设中城市文化软实力提升研究——以南昌市为例

作为鄱阳湖生态经济区的省会城市，南昌大力推进文化体制改革，逐步完善公共文化服务体系，促进文化产业发展、进一步提升了城市文化软实力。但同时，也存在着城市文化资源尚未得到有效整合、文化品牌传播力不足、文化产业未形成聚集效应、文化创意人才缺乏、文化发展生态体制机制尚未健全等制约因素。在新形势下，南昌应挖掘城市文化资源，推动产业集群发展，应大力实施人才兴文战略，打造城市文化品牌，同时全面完善文化发展生态环境，全面促进文化软实力新一轮大跨越大发展。

As the capital city of Poyang Lake Eco--economic Zone, Nanchang has taken several measures to promote the reform of the cultural system, advance public cultural service system, promote the development of cultural industry, and further enhance the cultural soft power of the city. However, at the same time, there are also several factors that prevent the further development of the cultural soft power of Nanchang. For example, the culture resources have not been effectively integrated; the dissemination of culture brand is not strong enough; the aggregation effect of cultural industry has not been formed yet; there is a shortage of culturally creative talents and the culture ecological system is not perfect. In the new period, in order to achieve a giant leap in the development of the cultural soft power, Nanchang should excavate more cultural resources, develop integrated cultural industry, cultivate more culture talents, expand the cultural brand and make the cultural ecological environment more perfect.
