连柏软膏促进烧烫伤愈合作用的实验研究

Experimental study on "Lianbo Ointment" in healing burns and scalds

目的观察连柏软膏对烧烫伤愈合的促进作用。方法分别设正常组、模型组、连柏软膏(高、中、低剂量)组、阳性药物对照组,观察各组小鼠Ⅲ度烫伤和大鼠Ⅱ度烧伤的愈合情况。结果连柏软膏中、高剂量组对小鼠Ⅲ度烫伤愈合的促进作用明显(P<0.05,P<0.01);高剂量组对大鼠Ⅱ度烧伤的愈合率高于其他组(P<0.05)。结论连柏软膏对烧烫伤有促愈合作用。

Objective To observe the efficacy of ＂Lianbo Ointment＂ in healing burns and scalds. Methods Experimental animals were randomized into normal group, model group, positive control group and low-dose ＂Lianbo Ointment＂ group, middle-dose ＂Lianbo Ointment＂ group and high-dose ＂Lianbo Ointment＂ group. The healing conditions in three-degree scalds mice and two-degree bums rats were observed. Results Middle-dose and high-dose ＂Lianbo Ointment＂ healed three-degree scalds mice significantly （ P 〈 0. 05, P 〈 0.01 ） ; and high-dose ＂Lianbo Ointment＂ healed two-degree bums in rats better than other medicines （P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion ＂Lianbo Ointment＂ is quite effective to heal burns and scalds.
