摘要
针对冷轧支撑辊的使用工况和使用要求,合理选择冷轧支撑辊辊身堆焊工艺路线和焊材,通过焊前预热、轧辊表面埋弧堆焊、焊后热处理等措施,实现了Φ1525mm的Cr5辊整体修复,并通过实际生产线上的运行考核,能较好地满足生产使用要求,有效降低了轧钢成本。
According to the service environment of the cold rolling backup rollers, welding technology, welding routes and welding materials are selected to achieve overall repair of backup roll. The submerged arc surfacing process with preheating and post welding tempering was adopted for repairing the cold rolling backup roller. The practical application shows that the repaired cold rolling backup roller can absolutely meet the service requirement and the rolling costs are reduced.
