摘要
青田华侨在国外吸收了发达市场的精髓,也接受了优质教育,其中不乏行业骨干精英。我们要努力引导这部分人才回国发展,让他们在报效祖国的同时,实现自己的人生价值。以劳动经济学的理论探讨人才要素回流的动因,从人才价值收益和人才流动成本的角度探索促进青田华侨人才回流的对策。
Overseas Chinese from Qingtian have absorbed the essence of the foreign developed markets,and accepted high-quality education as well.Among them,there are many elites in their own profession.We should guide these talents back to China to develop their careers,through which they can not only serve their motherland,but also realizes their own life value.Based on the theory of Labor Economics,this paper discusses the causes of the talents' backflow,and investigates the countermeasures of promoting Qingtian overseas talents backflow from the perspective of the profit of the talent value and the cost of the talent flow.
