欠发达地区生态文化建设的探索——以浙江省丽水市为例

An Exploration on Eco-cultural Construction in Undeveloped Area——Taking Lishui for Example

丽水市建设生态文化是贯彻落实科学发展观、实现生态文明的具体实践,但在实践过程中仍存在不少制约生态文化建设的因素。针对这些制约因素,应以完善制度为前提,以生态知识宣传教育为基础,加大奖惩力度,强化政府、相关部门以及社会公众的生态意识,以加快丽水市生态文化建设。

The eco-cultural construction in Lishui is a specific practice to implement the scientific concept of development and achieve the ecological civilization.However there were many restricting factors of eco-cultural construction in the practice.We should make a perfect system as a precondition,take the education of the eco-cultural knowledge as the base,strengehen the system of ecorgenment and penalties and increase the eco-conciousness of the government and the people in order to speed the construction of the eco-culture in Lishui.
