高校在破解大学生就业问题上的责任及其切入点

A Study on the Responsibility of Solving University Students' Employment Problems and two Cut-in points

大学生就业问题关系到社会的和谐稳定。从高校的角度,浅析了高等学校在就业问题上的责任,以及当前破解大学生就业问题难的两个重要切入点:一是应该将培养学生一般工作素质作为基本点,二是全方位、全天候培养学生具有过硬的专业工作素质。

The problem of university students＇ employment is a very important topic concerning the stability and harmony of our society.From the perspective of university,this thesis aims at analyzing the responsibility of university in employment problems as well as the two important cut-in points in solving the problems of university students＇ employment.One is that cultivating the general abilities should be considered as the basic point.The second is that perfect-professional working abilities should be trained on every side.
