临床路径在手术治疗急性单纯性阑尾炎中的应用

Application of clinical pathway in operation treatment of acute simple appendicitis patients

[目的]探讨临床路径在急性单纯性阑尾炎病人手术治疗中的应用效果。[方法]将收治的60急性单纯性阑尾炎病人随机分成两组,实验组应用临床路径模式实施治疗和护理,对照组按常规的模式进行治疗和护理,比较两组病人住院费用、住院时间及满意度。[结果]实验组住院时间、住院费用明显减少,病人满意度明显提高,与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。[结论]临床路径的实施有利于急性单纯性阑尾炎病人的术后康复,可以缩短住院时间、减少住院费用、提高病人满意度。

Objective：To probe into applied effect of the clinical pathway in operation treatment for patients with acute simple appendicitis.Methods：A total of 60 acute simple appendicitis patients treated in hospital were randomly divided into two groups,the treatment and care was carried out for experimental group cases with clinical pathway mode,routine treatment and nursing model for the control group cases,then to compare the hospitalization costs,hospitalization time and satisfaction of patients between two groups.Results：Compared with the control group,hospitalization time and hospitalization costs of experimental group significantly reduced,and patients＇ satisfaction improved significantly in experimental group,there was statistical significant difference（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：The implementation of clinical pathway is helpful for postoperative rehabilitation of acute simple appendicitis patients,and could shorten the hospitalization time,reduce hospitalization costs and improve patients＇ satisfaction.
