糖尿病足创面护理的研究进展

Research progress on wound surface care of patients with diabetic foot

从负压封闭引流、药物治疗(龙血竭联合其他药物、胰岛素联合其他药物、中药)、物理治疗(高压氧、臭氧)、人胎鲜羊膜及鲜蟾皮治疗方面综述了糖尿病足创面护理的研究进展,指出虽然目前治疗糖尿病足创面的方法很多,但对于大幅度减轻糖尿病足病人的痛苦来说,其效果并不理想,还需要寻找更好的方法改善糖尿病足病人的状况。另外,在创面治疗前,强调基础治疗是非常必要的;对于不同类型的溃疡应该区别对待。

It reviewed the research progress on wound surface care of patients with diabetic foot from negative pressure closed drainage,pharmacotherapy（Longxuejie combined with other drugs,insulin combined with other drugs,and traditional Chinese drug）,physiotherapy（hyperbaric oxygen,ozone）,treatment with fresh human fetal amniotic and fresh toad skin.And it pointed out that there were many methods to treat wound surface of diabetic foot,but the effect was not very unsatisfactory in alleviating significantly the suffering of patients with diabetic foot,so better methods still need to find to improve the status of patients.Besides,before treating wound surface,basic treatment is very necessary;and different types of ulcer should be treated differently
