摘要
采用数值模拟方法,对具有不同结构参数的缩放管进行了研究,从管内流动状况、传热与阻力性能以及综合性能等方面分析了肋高和扩缩比对其的影响。结果表明,肋高越大,缩放管的传热性能越好,但同时管内阻力损失也越大;扩缩比越小,缩放管的传热性能越好,且扩缩比越接近1,管内阻力损失越小;在研究范围内,肋高e=0.8,扩缩比γ=1的缩放管综合性能最好,其综合性能指数η=1.03~1.20。
Numerical methods were used to study convergent-divergent tube with different structural parameters.With respect to flow state,heat transfer,resistance performance and comprehensive performance,the influence of rib height and divergent segment-convergent segment ratio were analyzed.The results indicated that the higher the rib height,the better the heat transfer coefficient and the bigger the resistance losses.When the divergent segment-convergent segment ratio is reduced,the heat transfer coefficient will be better.However,when divergent segment-convergent segment ratio is close to 1.0,the resistance loss in tube will be reduced.In the research scope of this paper,convergent-divergent tube with e=0.8 and γ=1 has the best comprehensive performance,the comprehensive performance index η is between 1.03 and 1.20.
