摘要
轴承被广泛应用于风力发电、直升机等各类机械设备中,由于其受到复杂载荷的作用并且工作环境较为恶劣,所以易受损坏。如果不能及时地发现轴承故障,则会造成更大的事故,甚至导致停产,造成经济上的损失。文章通过对轴承故障振动信号的采集,利用MATLAB软件对数据进行处理,力求在初期就能够及时发现故障,为维修提供科学依据,降低维修成本,并尽可能减少因轴承故障导致的停产时间。
Bearing is widely used in various machinery equipments,such as wind power generation and helicopter.In view of the complicated loads and adverse environment it subjected,it may be easily damaged.If the fault of bearing is not found in time,great incidents may occur and lead to stop of production and economic losses.In this article,Through the collection of vibration signal resulted from bearing faults and the analysis of the data by using software,it is hoped to find the faults in early time so that the basis can be provided for maintenance and the repair cost can be reduced.In this way,the time of production stop will be greatly reduced.
