摘要
通过调查企业派遣员工工作现状,分析派遣员工的处境对此种现状的影响程度,得出派遣员工的归属感、工作积极性、组织承诺度与忠诚度与其在用工企业中的处境显著正相关的结论,针对这一研究结论,给出用工企业如何改善派遣员工处境、用工企业改善劳务用工的对策及建议。
This article investigates the dispatched employees work status and analyzes how they are influenced by the working condition they are in.As a result,the author finds out there is a remarkable positive correlation between the environment of the dispatched employees and their sense of belonging,working enthusiasm,organization commitment and promise.From this,the article provides some strategies and advices on how to improve the working environment of the dispatched employees on the part of the enterprises accepting the dispatched employees.
