高温条件下水泥浆沉降稳定性的评价方法 被引量:18

摘要 目前国内外对水泥浆在高温条件下沉降稳定性的评价没有统一的方法。但研究表明,即使停机实验正常,高温条件下水泥浆也有可能发生严重沉降,影响固井质量,因此有必要对水泥浆在高温条件下的沉降稳定性进行探讨。采用不同的测试方法对高温水泥浆的沉降稳定性进行了对比评价,实验研究结果表明,采用不同的实验方法测试同一配方水泥浆,得到的水泥浆沉降稳定性结果可能会相差很大;在低温或者不存在剪切的条件下水泥浆的沉降稳定性更好。水泥浆沉降稳定性的测试应按最严格的方法进行,因此推荐了一种沉降稳定性的评价方法。 The quality of cementing is affected by the sedimentation stability of cement slurry in high temperature,however there is no uniform evaluation method on that at home and abroad.Experimental studies show that the results of sedimentation stability is great different while using different testing methods.For example,the sedimentation stability is better without shearing than shearing.So the testing sedimentation stability of cement slurry should be tested by the most firmly method,and an evaluation method of sedimentation stability is recommended in this paper.
