温州蜜柑花芽分化期内源玉米素和赤霉酸的变化 被引量:24

CHANGES OF ENDOGENOUS ZEATIN AND GIBBERELLIC ACID IN CITRUS SATSUMA DURING THE PERIOD OF FLOWER BUD FORMATION

摘要 用高效液相色谱法和薄层荧光色谱法分别测定了宫川温州蜜柑花芽分化过程中内源玉米素(ZT)和赤霉酸(GA_3)的含量变化。在花芽诱导期12年生树和2年生苗枝条内ZT含量先呈下降趋势,然后迅速上升,在花原基出现期持续增加并分别达到38.09和42.98 μg·g^(-1)DW的高峰。枝条中的ZT含量是叶片内的2.0~37.0倍。枝条内GA_3含量在花芽诱导期不断下降,在花原基出现及其发育期保持在20.0 ng·g^(-1) DW左右的低水平。在整个花芽分化过程中未成花的小苗与正常开花的大树的ZT和GA_3变化规律基本一致。但ZT与GA之比。 Changes of endogenous ZT and GA_3 in stems and leaves of Spring shoots of Citrus satsuma on the stock of Poncirus trifoliata during the period of flower bud formation were determined by HPLC and TLC respectively.The content of ZT in stems of twelve-year-old trees and tw-oyear-old plants decreased in period of flower induction then increased and reached its peak, 38.09 and 42.98 μg.g^(-1) DW respectively, within the period of flower bud primordium formation and decreased slightly in flower development period. The ZT content in stems was 2.0~37.0 times higher than that in the leaves. The CA_3 content in stems decreased rapidly during flower induction period and remained very low, about 20.00ng.g^(-1)DW, in the period of flower primordium formation and development. The ratio of ZT to GA3 increased in flower primordium formation. The changes of ZT and GA_3 in stems of two-year-old nonflowering plants during the period of flower bud formation were similar to that of the twelve-year-old flowering trees. It is concluded decrease of GA3 and the lower ratio of ZT to GA in the flower bud induction may be one of the prerequisites.
